With a paid plan at Tier 1 or higher, you can apply and manage a custom domain for your site.
Only the site owner or users with Administrator permissions within the team can perform domain-related operations.
Specifically, all three of the following conditions must be met:
- The site must be on a Tier 1 or higher plan
- The user managing the domain must have Site Owner or Team Administrator permissions
- Payment information (credit card details) must be registered in the account of the user managing the domain
