Even if the plugin you want to use isn’t on the recommended list, Shifter may still be able to support it by modifying the robots.txt file. To do this, we recommend using the VirtualRobots.txt WordPress plugin.
In order for Shifter’s static site generator to capture the sitemap file during site generation, you must add the absolute path to the sitemap to the robots.txt file.
