Creating an Order Form with Typeform

Create an account on Typeform, create an order form, and retrieve the form’s URL.

  1. Go to Typeform

  2. Create a new account or sign in with your Google account

  3. The Typeform dashboard will appear

  4. Create a new online order form using a template. Visit the following URL:

    https://www.typeform.com/templates/t/online-order-form-template/

    Note: This template requires a Pro plan or higher. Please make sure you are on a Pro plan or higher.

  5. Click the [Use Template] button

  6. You can edit the template freely.

  7. Click the [Publish] button to publish it

  8. Click the [Share] tab

  9. Click the [Copy Link] button

Embedding into a WordPress site

Install the Typeform plugin, paste the copied Typeform URL, and generate and deploy the artifact.

  1. Log in to the Shifter dashboard at https://go.getshifter.io/
  2. Launch WordPress and log in
  3. Install and activate the plugin
  4. Search for “typeform,” install it, and activate it
  5. Create a page or post to add the order form
  6. Click the [Add Block] button and select [Typeform] from the menu
  7. Paste the Typeform URL you copied in Step 9 into the [Typeform URL] field
  8. Click [Preview Typeform] to preview it
  9. Publish it
  10. Stop WordPress and generate an artifact in the Shifter dashboard.
  11. Verify that the form works.
