How to Set Up ads.txt on Your Shifter Website
Shifter supports setting up a virtual ads.txt file using WordPress plugins (such as Ads.txt Manager, Ads Text Admin, Advanced Ads, and others). You can find more ads.txt managers in the WordPress plugin directory.
To Set Up ads.txt Using Ads.txt Manager
- Launch WordPress from the Shifter dashboard and log in.
- Go to the [Plugins] menu.
- Enter the keyword “ads.txt,” then install and activate the Ads.txt Manager plugin.
- Click [Ads.txt] in the [Settings] menu.
- Enter the code and click the [Save Changes] button to apply the values to the ads.txt file.
- Access the ads.txt file to verify it.
- Return to the Shifter dashboard and click the [Generate] button to publish the changes to the artifact.
- Access the published URL and verify that the ads.txt file is available after the artifact has been deployed.
This completes the ads.txt configuration on your Shifter site.
