Updating the Permalink Structure and Disabling the Redis Object Cache

The WordPress permalink structure may become corrupted. To recover from this situation, disable the Redis object cache and update the permalink structure.

Procedure

1. Disabling the Redis Object Cache

   • Step 1: Select the [Settings] menu in the left sidebar, then click the [Redis] menu.![]

   • Step 2: Click [Disable Object Cache].![]

   • Step 3: The Redis object cache has been disabled.![]

2. Updating the Permalink Structure

   • Step 4: Click the [Permalinks] menu, click the [Save Changes] button without making any changes, and force a refresh of the permalink structure.![]
