Shifter provides SSL certificates as standard, so you can enjoy secure communication at no additional cost.
The SSL certificates provided by Shifter are AWS SSL Certificates (ACM).
ACM is automatically renewed on a regular basis simply by enabling it when setting up a custom domain, so you don’t need to worry about the expiration date of your SSL certificate.
Important Notes
- You cannot use your own SSL certificates.
- ACM requires domain verification by the customer. For details, please refer to the documentation on setting up custom domains.
