We’re very excited to announce that we are sponsoring a WordCamp that is near and dear to us, WordCamp Philly.
Philadelphia not only plays hometown to the Declaration of Independence and cheesesteaks but also Digital Cube’s US office. We couldn’t be more excited to sponsor a WordCamp that has played such a huge part in the development of our company and products.
We’re also excited to announce that two members of the DigitalCube team will be speaking at WordCamp Philly.
Dan Olson, COO will be talking about bringing a JAMstack approach to WordPress. In his talk, WordPress the JAMstack Way, Dan will discuss the future of WordPress, Dan will demonstrate practical applications of a JAMstack approach with WordPress and how Gutenberg is already bringing that process to WordPress.
Jason McClintock, Product Advocate/Designer will discuss the ways in which design (and WordPress) continues to evolve, as well as the lessons about design that designers can learn from developers, computer languages, and the network.
There’s a New Venue
This year’s WordCamp Philly has a new location, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA). As well as being a prestigious art academy, PAFA is also the United States first and longest-standing art museum and is home to beautiful architecture. We think this venue is a great pick for WordCamp Philly.
If you’re in Philly, we hope you’ll come by and say hi!
